Not at all. Many of our members describe themselves as shy, anxious, or socially awkward at first. Activities are gently guided, there’s no pressure to talk constantly, and you can participate at your own pace.

Our community is mainly women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, but there is no strict age limit. If you’re looking for genuine connection and community, you’ll fit right in.

No. You don’t need to bring anyone with you.
In fact, the majority of attendees come alone, which makes it easier for everyone to connect. -
Absolutely. Many women join because they’re new to the city and don’t yet know many people. Cambridge Girls Circle is a great way to start building your social circle.

Each event is slightly different, but they’re all designed to make meeting people feel natural and relaxed. Depending on the event, this might include guided introductions, small group chats, ice-breakers, activities or casual conversations.
